The 224 developments, which are set to deliver over 15,500 homes by December 2014, will now enter the due diligence process with work due to restart from June.

Launch of £30m Regeneration Fund for Merseyside The Chrysalis Fund, aimed at kickstarting employment creating projects in the area, has been launched. The fund, handled by the HCA, is open to developers and investors, and will support commercial property and regeneration projects over the next three years.

Tenant Panels guide published The four National Tenant Organisations have published a DCLG funded guide to help tenants and landlords establish tenant panels. The HCA is part of the reference group along with the TSA, DCLG, and other sector bodies.
