HCA exceed 2011/12 delivery targets
Despite a challenging economic backdrop, the preliminary end of year results published this week reveal the HCA has exceeded key output targets for employment floorspace and brownfield land reclaimed, and is on track to report strong housing delivery.

Publication of equality and diversity objectives
We have published our equality objectives for 2012-15. Following feedback from staff and partners, the 12 draft objectives have been streamlined into nine SMARTer objectives, relating to the Agency's functions as employer, investor, enabler and regulator.

Housing Design Awards shortlist published
Severalls Hospital site in Colchester and Bolam Coyne in Newcastle are among the HCA funded projects on the 62-scheme shortlist for this year's Housing Design Awards. Final results will be announced in June.
